Who is Charles F. Haanel

 Charles F. Haanel

Charles F. Haanel (1866-1949) was an American author, businessman, and self-help guru. He is best known for his book "The Master Key System", which he published in 1912. The book is a personal development and self-help guide that outlines a 24-week program for achieving success and happiness. It has been cited as a major influence by many prominent self-help authors, including Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, and Rhonda Byrne.

Haanel was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and began his career in business as a clerk for a hardware company. He later became a successful entrepreneur, founding several companies and amassing a fortune through real estate investments.

In addition to "The Master Key System", Haanel wrote several other books on personal development, including "The New Psychology" and "Mental Chemistry". He also founded the Master Key Institute, which offered courses and seminars on personal success and self-improvement.

Haanel's teachings emphasized the power of positive thinking and visualization, and his ideas influenced many later self-help gurus and motivational speakers. His work continues to be widely read and studied today.
